Any other material on the site that is not owned by 8BitCool is implicitly copyrighted by their respective owners as permitted by law.

8BitCool reserves the right to disclose any information and act as necessary to satisfy any law. 8BitCool will not sell your info to any third-parties.

Content
It is understood that music played on 8BitCool has been created by their respective digital Composers as fan music and is their own original composition. Additionally, fans who submit music grant 8BitCool a non-exclusive, transferable license with the option to play said music on the 8BitCool website.

8BitCool specifically reserves the right to alter the appearance of any link buttons at any time without prior notification. If you would like to guarantee how the link buttons will always look, 8BitCool grants you a non-exclusive license to download the button graphics and upload the button graphics to your own server for the sole use of linking to the 8BitCool website.
Metrics
8BitCool may store information for purposes of metrics gathering. This information may be identifying and can include, but not limited to – name, email, IP address, page visits, and link clicks.
Enforcement
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, US.
